Reflections of Architecture|Nature|Life.
Drawing from marks, patterns and shapes that reflect my daily commute from rural to the historical city of Winchester; the here, now and historical against the modern man made. Using ceramic, paper and textile to explore bold combinations and simple geometric forms bought together to create abstract compositions. Contrasting materials creating layers of tactile warmth, inviting the viewer to see the beauty in the details we miss, take for granted, that we're not supposed to notice.
