Using a funded CPD workshop at West Dean College (Chichester, West Sussex) to explore textile collage, print and stitch with Maxine Sutton as a platform to explore childhood tactile domestic memories. Remembering the course modern fabrics of the 70's using machine stitch to visually capture the sensation of the synthetic textiles. Layering fabric, colour and stitch to recapture the warmth and familiarity of domestic rituals.
